What happens in a Craniosacral Therapy session?

You will be fully clothed for your session. Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes are highly recommended.

After your session, it's suggested to schedule 30 minutes of downtime to allow your body to integrate the work, perhaps take a walk, rest, or journal.

For general relaxation and maintenance, your nervous system will benefit from regular sessions, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

​

 When you want a reset and are ready to invest in feeling great again, or you're looking to address a specific issue, a series of weekly sessions will support the most effective outcome.

For chronic issues, weekly treatments support the greatest results. â€‹â€‹
