Continuing the path of listening...

This training is an invitation to continue

For those who have completed Part 1

or those who have prior craniosacral training

Learn techniques that support clients and loved ones to move past many of the key struggles of modern life, from headaches to anxiety to ease and balance. And continue along your path to trust what you feel in your hands.

In Part 2, students deepen into the subtle movements of the cranial bones

What you’ll learn in Part 2

In this training, you will:

  • Perceive subtle cranial bone movement

  • Refine sensitivity and clarity in your hands

  • Understand the body’s internal rhythms

  • Work with patterns held in the head, jaw, and nervous system

You will also learn ways to support some of the most common challenges people are living with today:

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Neck and shoulder tension

  • TMJ / jaw holding

  • Stress-related patterns in the body

And explore approaches that can support:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Nervous system regulation

Already have experience? Learn how to work with your clients and discover how to integrate this work with the modalities you are already licensed to practice.

What you’ll leave with

  • Confidence in your hands

  • A more grounded nervous system

  • Practical techniques you can use immediately

  • A deeper trust in your perception

What Students are Saying

"I loved learning about the skull bones and their movement"

"I felt a lot of permission to ask questions and feel unsure, while also stepping into my own innate confidence"

"Catharine was so gracefully on point and held a secure and supportive container for us all!"

A Shared Learning Space

Students learn through guided instruction, hands-on practice, shared observation, and quiet presence.

There is space to slow down, ask questions, and develop at your own pace.

Who this training is for

  • Students who have completed Learning to Listen Part 1

  • Practitioners with equivalent craniosacral training

  • Those wanting to deepen intuition and clinical skill

  • Students who feel called to revisit and refine the work

Each step in this work is a gateway.

Not only into skill —
but into a different relationship with your body,
and your capacity to support others.

I would love to take this step with you.
