*Limited* 90-Minute Integration Session

Service Description
This extended session allows for deeper nervous system settling and unhurried integration. With more time, we can move more slowly and allow your body’s innate reorganization process to unfold without compression. Recommended for: • Times of transition • Nervous System Restoration • Deep stress accumulation • When “an hour doesn’t feel like enough.” Available in limited weekly openings. Please email support@intotheflow.net to book yours. (This session is NOT available to book online). This session is for established clients only. Please book “First Visit” if you have not seen Catharine before. Packages are available.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please email support@intotheflow.net or call/text 510-930-2228. Cancellations made at least 48 business hours in advance are eligible for a refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 business hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full session fee. Business hours are defined as Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (excluding holidays). As a small business owner, I truly appreciate your respect for my time and for allowing others the opportunity to book your appointment if you are unable to attend.
